This Privacy Policy covers xwavetech.com, XWave Portfolio OS, CPF Retirement Planner, Market Overview Dashboard, and other XWave tools, dashboards, platforms, websites, and services. Jourivo uses its own Google OAuth app, but may still be covered where it is operated by XWave or linked from XWave services.

1. Introduction

XWave Technologies Pte Ltd (“XWave”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data that you provide to us or that we collect when you use our website, digital tools, dashboards, applications, and services.

XWave Technologies Pte Ltd is a Singapore-registered company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect personal data in connection with our website at xwavetech.com, our technology services, and our digital tools.

2. Personal data we collect

We may collect personal data when you visit our website, contact us, sign in to an XWave tool, use our dashboards, save data, join a waitlist, request early access, or engage us for IT consulting, managed services, software development, or related services.

The types of personal data we may collect include:

  • name, email address, and business contact details;
  • company name, enquiry details, and support messages;
  • account login identifiers and authentication-related information;
  • profile information provided by Google or another login provider, where you choose to sign in using that provider;
  • saved dashboard data, planning inputs, preferences, scenarios, itineraries, or other content that you enter into XWave tools;
  • usage logs, access timestamps, device/browser information, diagnostic information, and other technical data required to operate and secure our services.

3. Google login and Google user data

If you sign in using Google, we may receive basic account information from Google, such as your name, email address, profile image, and unique Google account identifier, depending on the permissions shown to you during login.

We use Google user data only to authenticate your account, identify you within XWave tools, provide access to saved data and user-specific features, maintain account security, and support account-related troubleshooting.

We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not access your Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, or other Google services unless a future feature explicitly requests such permission and you consent to it.

4. How we use personal data

We may use personal data for the following purposes:

  • to provide and operate our website, tools, dashboards, applications, and services;
  • to create, authenticate, and manage user accounts;
  • to save and retrieve your plans, dashboards, itineraries, preferences, scenarios, and user settings;
  • to provide IT consulting, managed services, software development, and related support;
  • to respond to enquiries, support requests, and business communications;
  • to monitor usage limits, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and protect our systems;
  • to improve our website, applications, tools, dashboards, and user experience;

5. Portfolio OS and financial planning data

Portfolio OS may allow users to enter portfolio holdings, cash balances, income sources, structured notes, expenses, assumptions, and other financial planning information.

This information is used to provide dashboard, tracking, planning, and analysis functionality within the tool. XWave does not treat user-entered Portfolio OS data as regulated financial advisory data and does not provide financial advice through Portfolio OS unless a separate written engagement clearly states otherwise.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you enter is accurate and appropriate for your own use.

6. CPF Retirement Planner data

CPF Retirement Planner may allow users to enter CPF-related assumptions, retirement planning inputs, payout assumptions, saved plans, and related planning information.

CPF Retirement Planner is an independent informational tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the CPF Board or any Singapore government agency.

Data entered into CPF Retirement Planner is used to provide planning calculations, saved scenarios, and related functionality.

7. Jourivo and travel planning data

Jourivo may allow users to create, save, share, or refine travel itineraries and travel preferences.

If you choose to make an itinerary public or share it through a public link, anyone with that link may be able to view the shared itinerary. You should not include sensitive personal information in public or shared itineraries.

8. Cookies, analytics, and technical data

We may use cookies, local storage, analytics tools, logs, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, measure website or tool usage, diagnose errors, improve performance, and prevent misuse or abuse.

You may disable cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not work correctly.

9. Disclosure of personal data

We may disclose personal data only where reasonably necessary, including to:

  • technology providers that host, store, secure, or process data for us;
  • authentication providers such as Google;
  • cloud infrastructure, database, email, analytics, security, and support providers;

We do not sell personal data.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of third-party websites or services.

Our website and tools are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
