These Terms cover xwavetech.com, XWave Portfolio OS, CPF Retirement Planner, Market Overview Dashboard, and other XWave tools, dashboards, platforms, websites, and services. Jourivo uses its own Google OAuth app, but may still be covered where it is operated by XWave or linked from XWave services.
1. Acceptance of these Terms

You should not rely on beta tools as your sole basis for important financial, business, travel, operational, or personal decisions.
6. Portfolio OS disclaimer
Portfolio OS is provided as an informational and organisational tool. It may help users track or model portfolio holdings, income sources, cash positions, structured notes, expenses, and related financial information.
Portfolio OS does not provide financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, or regulated financial planning advice.
Any calculations, dashboards, projections, or summaries are for general informational purposes only. You remain responsible for verifying all data and making your own decisions. You should consult a licensed financial adviser, tax adviser, legal adviser, or other qualified professional where appropriate.
7. CPF Retirement Planner disclaimer
CPF Retirement Planner is an independent informational tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the CPF Board or any Singapore government agency.
CPF rules, interest rates, payout estimates, retirement sums, and related assumptions may change over time. Any estimates, projections, or scenarios generated by the tool are for general planning purposes only and may not match official CPF calculations.
You should refer to official CPF Board sources or seek qualified advice before making CPF, retirement, or financial decisions.
8. Market Overview Dashboard disclaimer
Market Overview Dashboard and any market-related content are provided for general information only.

9. Jourivo disclaimer
Jourivo is a travel planning and itinerary assistance tool. It may provide suggested itineraries, destinations, activities, routing ideas, or travel-related recommendations.
Jourivo does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, safety, opening hours, prices, travel time, visa requirements, weather conditions, or suitability of any suggested location, activity, transport option, accommodation, or third-party service.
You are responsible for verifying all travel details with official sources, operators, booking providers, transport providers, and relevant authorities before making travel decisions.
10. User content and data
You may enter, upload, save, or generate content through XWave tools, including financial inputs, CPF planning scenarios, itineraries, preferences, notes, or business information.
You retain responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and suitability of the content you provide.
You grant XWave a limited right to process, store, display, and use such content solely for the purpose of providing, securing, maintaining, and improving the relevant services, subject to our Privacy Policy.
You should not enter sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your use of the tool.
11. Public sharing
Some tools may allow you to create public or shareable links. If you make content public or share a link with others, anyone with access to that link may be able to view the shared content.
You are responsible for deciding what to share and with whom. XWave is not responsible for consequences arising from your decision to publicly share or distribute content.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you to XWave for the relevant service giving rise to the claim, or SGD 100, whichever is lower, unless otherwise required by law.
17. Paid services
Where XWave provides paid consulting, managed services, software development, or technology deployment services, the specific scope, deliverables, pricing, exclusions, and responsibilities should be set out in a separate quotation, proposal, statement of work, order form, or written agreement.
If there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed written agreement, the signed written agreement will prevail to the extent of the conflict.
18. Privacy
Your use of our website and tools is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal data.
19. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our website, tools, or services if we believe you have breached these Terms, misused our services, created security risk, or violated applicable law.
